Dear HiLo, thank you for the information about Bobbi sue. We know her illness is progressive and they can only treat the symptoms, so I've prayed the doctors can make her more comfortable. So glad her son is helping her, and the friend taking her to church. At our age, we know something is going to get us soon. My dad lived to be 98 and a half and really died because he just got tired of being here and wanted to go Home.

I haven't watched Victoria. I saw the ad for it, but didn't really understand what it was. I'm sure you could watch it on demand or in re-runs. Maybe I'll check it out. I'm really quite ignorant of that era. It is going to be interesting to see what happens when the Queen's life ends. Will Charles be king? I know the people seem to want Will, and it makes sense to me, but there is the long standing line of succession. Charles is really interested in lots of enviornmental concerns and the green movement. Maybe he'd be okay with it.

I don't know whether or not Chambers was a Calvinist. I don't always agree with his interpretation of things, but if he were speaking now in modern language, I might.

One day we will all get straightened out about these things, and we might be surprised.

I slept 9 hours straight last night. I do take an antidepressant. Have for many, many years. I think it helps me sleep well. And I think it regulates my sleep pattern.

I know that the elderly usually need less sleep. I do get up for the loo lots of nights. But just once, and most nights I don't.

I'm praying for peace on Friday. It's the most sacred day we have. It's not partisan. It's the peaceful passing of power that sets us apart from so many nations. We are all Americans, and it's still the best place to live.

I'm happy to see you. Come anytime. And tell Bobbi that we miss her and pray for her and love her.
