If it was insufficient postage it would come back to you from the Post Office. It may have just got hung up in the system and she could still get it. I've had my package go astray and then back on track to their destination. Sometimes I think postal employees don't read the address correct and the correction is made somewhere down the line. I know today anything like personal information out there and you aren't sure who has it is scary, but I think the Post Office has your envelope and so all is not lost. Don't give up hope. I am praying for you that it is resolved quickly so you don't have to worry dear friend.

I hope your eyes are doing better and the medication helps. I don't have dry eyes but my DH did and was constantly using eye drops for relief so I know its very uncomfortable. Sending big (((hugs))) and love your way
