I got out in the sun today before it changed its mind. Got some goodies at Albertson. They have half price ones so my waist gets bigger. Also soup which I had a coupon for 2. The only thing the stores  are having you buy 5 or 4 of a good price. My cupboards are full.

I don't know much about how the thyroid works. I guess I better look it up. I remember dh- didn't care for first doctor here because he was interested in it. Maybe there was something wrong and dh wasn't talking.  My mothers family had diabetes. I hardly remember her mother. She was blind.

dh had it too.His smoking and cokes he wouldn't give up. Couldn't understand it for h e had to a few times when in a hospital. I would think that it would be easy.

I got my go ahead from my insurance to see the eye doctor in the mail today.  THats all from here. Stay warm no matter where you live
