Eye injections, this doesn't sound like fun but looks as if your vision is improving and that will make it so worth it. Keep us updated on your progress!
When I first read your post....I read it as "third-eye" injections and thought well that is a spiritual modality I hadn't thought of !

Glad you're going forward and happy with results so far!

Geez an eye injection sound cringeworthy! Do they actually inject into the eyeball? What is the condition you had that you needed this? What were the symptoms?
Hoping that this helps you fully regain your vision.

yes, it is a shot right in the eye. sounds worse then it is. they numb your eye and then they place a brace on your eye to hold your eye open. the brtce is worse then the shot.
i had a detached retina that i have had repaired 4 times and now i have swelling in that eye. the shot should reduce the swelling. ifnot the dr will do a lazer treatment to get rid of it
everything that could go wrong with my eye has gone wrong. but i still have my vision in it. it is blurred due to scar tissue and the swelling. bu5t after 5 operations on it, i am can't expect it not to be swollen. the dr thinks that if we get the swelling down, then i should get back 98% ofmy vision back and with glasses, it will be 100%.
i have been a year dealing with this and it has been a very long and hard year. i have no sense of balance or depth of field with this. i can drive and do what i want, i have to be very careful and it tires me. the strai ofadjusting to ithas been very depressing

I am very sorry to hear of what you're going through! How terrifying. I have heard of detached retinas. My dentist had one.
Hoping all goes well from this point on and you are able to do all the things you previously did. I can understand how disruptive this must have been for you.
Sending you a hug ( )

(Just a speck of dust or an eyelash really hurts and annoys me). You are tough!
