Re: "Things to Never (Ever) Feel Guilty About"

I am just learning to not feel guilty for sleeping in because my body needs it. I finally stop letting some people tell me I was sleeping my life away because I slept in.  I worked for 45 years before retiring....so I'm sleeping all I want now.😴

@JoyFilled Warrior , I agree with every one of these .

Very good list and meaningful.  I think most people do have guilt for one reason or another.,  however, we move on and live our lives . Thanks for sharing this wisdom.

I  think I need a large poster size of this List above, & check with it, read it often.

I wonder how I'd do that?  Maybe Etsy?

Most of these are good but not all. For instance:

Being a dreamer - can be a downfall. There are people who go overboard with that to the point they don't have stable income.

Doing what makes you happy - too many examples to list why that's not always sound advice.

I agree with @ThinkingOutLoud , most of these are true but the one that stands out to me is putting yourself first. I soundly disagree with that. Before people disagree, I do believe there are times you need to but there are also times it's best to put others' needs first.

I don't care to hear anyone speaking their truth.

Setting boundaries is just controling in disguise.

Is cutting in line, putting oneself first?
