Wow is that a scam....or is there a supposed hit out on one of you..I would say that is confusing and ugly and wouldn’t purchase anything ever.

I would try to get ahold of someone at the company to see if this letter came from them or if it’s a scam.  Don’t call any number on their correspondence.

Its sick if it came from them.  It’s hard to trust anyone these days.

Yes, well beyond creepy and in extremely poor taste. One step away from funeral home trinkets. 

Maybe they will get the hint if their newest merchandise campaign goes viral 😉  I'd hit them up on Twitter. Vultures ~ emotional vampires. This sales tactic crosses the line.
