Happy is totally an inside job.  It is a decision that we make.  I choose to be happy in spite of any challenges that come my way. Perhaps not gleeful in the face of adversity, but at least at peace.  Your choice, you choose.

I'm a fan of the balance of contentment, but do enjoy the high of happiness.
