I am so sorry. This hits close to home because we lost Dad last year due to heart failure, and my mother was diagnosed with heart failure earlier this year and us hanging in but clearly going downhill. I so appreciate your sharing this and agree that she must, indeed, have had a blessedly peaceful and quick passing. I felt my dad’s relief after he passed. I truly did. Sensing that made all the difference in helping me cope. What joy and comfort you must have given your mother. I like to think that she gave YOU the gift of her peace to help you through your grief.
