@SelahG, I feel faint and my knees feel weak. No, I did not run into Jon Hamm (swoon) while I was at the grocery store today. So, what caused this reaction? Answer: I read your Spoiler! (Note to self, do not even THINK about reading "Terror.")
I am laughing, but I am telling the truth! That's all I'm saying; I do not want to ruin anyone's reading adventure.
I hope everyone is doing fine this evening. It is warm (but not too) and beautiful here tonight.
Thank you for the wonderful pics and recipes here.

😂 I read it, too, @MsLomo! Can never resist a spoiler, even though I haven't watched the series yet.
Here's to you. . .
. . . and much sweeter dreams! 😉

Hello, dear friends and happy over the hump day to you!
Thanks for being happy for my little bath redo. It's amazing how such a small thing can make such a large difference in daily life.
Good that you're behaving, Joy! 3 pans of lasagna.. I just know you're still feeding others there in the community, rather you can drive it to them, or not. Is Jax using a fork yet? I'm relieved for RW and thanking the Lord. Festus needs a companion! He must feel like the odd man out amongst the horses and cows. Hope he has one now. 🤗
Selah, I just had a nice talk with Winona on D. Mourning the loss of her dear friend, who was more like a sister. All kinds of arts and crafts could be sold through Lilian's shop- this would create a few jobs for people, too. They could even sell their items online. I'm going to pray it works out and can continue in Lilian's memory. I must say, too, what an absolutely natural, beautiful lady she was.
Yes, we are shocked at the loss of young Kate Spade, having no idea until now of how she suffered. God rest her soul and help her young daughter. 😥 I can still remember Angela being so excited to have her first pair of Kate Spade shoes and matching bag. I read a news article that said she is the third designer to take her life by the same method, in a very short span of time. I don’t know what's happening, but it didn’t hurt Katherine Zeta-Jones' professionally (that I know of) to openly seek treatment. There's hope that the social stigma related to mental illness is diminishing.
I hope your family enjoys the berry tart. I know Luke will love his new chair!
MsLomo.. warning well received. 😱😉😅 I won’t read that spoiler. Even the old Sleepy Hollow series used to spook me a bit. Still I watched, just to see Tom Mison. 😍 Though Marcia tried her best to stake claim to him herself. 😤
I dare say your Jon Hamm is just as dashing! You called first dibs, though, so I will settle for one of your Outshine bars. Pineapple, please!
What are you up to out there, Marcia? Any updates on little EC? Hope that you and Mike enjoyed the museum and other sights in Victoria.
Will check back with you ladies soon. Leaving you with this cutie- pooch smooches:
With Love,
Ruth Ann

Hi CUTE....so very happy to see you. Grateful your GDIL is doing well after the thyroid cancer. My 2 kids are also.
I'm so impressed that your little GGson is using the zip line!! What a wonderful place for those children to grow up! And what amazing parents, and of course their granny and grandpa.
They do grow up very fast. We had a family birthday party for the baby on Saturday at a park near my son's house.
DD and I went late so we could be there to see the gift opening. My stamina is limited and my eyes are bothering me so much I can't be outside long. The light is hard on me. It's difficult to see the computer screen. But, she got so many nice clothes for the summer and lots of toys. She's walking if she holds onto something. She got a red wagon that she loved.
My GD's off work now until 3 months after her little girl is born. My son came yesterday and took me to the eye doctor. I just couldn't wait any longer to get some help.
He said my corneas are in really bad shape. Put me back on the steroid drops until I see him the 22nd. There is something else he can try after that if necessary, but I'll wait to see before talking about it.
DD and her hubby are on the Viking River cruise in Russia having a great time. It's 10 hours ahead of us timewise, so they should be sleeping now. We keep in touch with Whatsapp. It's amazing. They return on the 13th.
DD #2 has one more week of school and we will both be so glad when they are finished.
We've been overrun by ants, especially in the kitchen. DD has to spend so much time cleaning them up.
I got the hard floors vacuumed and washed today which will help her for the weekend.
We do understand that you are very busy, but it's wonderful to hear from you. Glad you got the lawn mowed. We don't have any to speak of. The apricot tree has lots of leaves! I don't think it will last much longer, but so far at least we have the privacy it affords us and I'm thankful.
Am doing okay except for the eyes. My vision is limited. But I can see for which I thank the Lord.
Take care of yourself,
love you,
snappy

Dear WaJa, you really are stuck. I can see that nothing but time will help you get around with ease. It has been several days since you posted this, so maybe you are lots better now.
It is hard to accept limitations. Pride and all that. But, you know the good feeling you get when you can help someone else (which is all the time), and that's how others feel when you allow them to help you.
Thanks for the update on HiLo. Reminds me to pray for her. Hope to see her again soon.
I was happy to spend some time yesterday with my son. Just the 2 of us, so seldom happens.
If the steroids don't work this time, there is a proceedure the doc can do. Not sure how it works, but they use stem cells (we are fearfully and wonderfully made) and make something like a contact lens. As it sits on the cornea, it only attacks or whatever the proper term is, the affected areas and slowly heals and dissolves. Amazing. I got the impression it could be a long lasting fix, and that it very well may happen. I return to see him on the 22nd.
This is the worst I've had, but I can still see. Can only read my giant print Bible, but thank the Lord, I have one.
We are looking forward to seeing the new little baby girl soon, and I'm loving her already as well as my little one. She is attached to her mommy like glue. She let me hold her while she drank her bottle.
Such a beautiful child. Those startling blue eyes and the red hair coming in. Oh my.
Enjoy your day, I may not be here often, or as it heals, maybe I'll be here more.

hi, anu, what a beautiful picture! Sometimes i wonder if these animals have any idea just how lovely they are. Such an amazing Creator.
Glad school is out for you. I'm sure you did just fine with that little baby. So nice of you.

Hi lurky, oh so happy for you. That walk in tub sounds just wonderful. Safe, and soothing to the aching joints and bones.
What a blessing.
Love that gray kitty. Love that color.
Glad you had Tom's place to stay out of the construction zone. Gave you time with your family and Smokey.
Thank you for asking about my sister's test. It is set for the 26th. Her feet are bothering her so much from the chemo, and she has balance issues. She's not in touch with me much, I think she needs time right now. I did suggest she use a walker since mine really helps me with the balance problems.
I hear you about the eye makeup. That went away a long time ago. It would make my condition so much worse. I try to use eye brow pencil when going out, but can barely see where to put it even with the magnifying mirror. Do my best.
My sis has hers tattooed and is glad since she lost all her hair, even her eye lashes.
Enjoy your day. I'll try to get here, but it's hard right now.

Hi Agnes, love the beautiful fruit baskets! The tortoise is amazing. My GD has one. He is a hoot. When he wants to come indoors, he bangs against the sliding door until someone lets him in, then slowly walks to wherever he decides would be a good spot to sleep and does!
Love it that you have those fresh vegetables and fruits. YUMMY.
You don't brag about Jacob, you just tell what God has done so He gets the glory.
It's a great blessing. I know you will love VBS.
I took a chance on a pair of shoes from the Q. So cute, so cushiony, but too long and wide so my son dropped them off at the post net nearby. Yes, return postage, but I couldn't wear them.
I do buy virtually all my clothing here. Have way too many tops. Am giving a lot to charity soon.
Enjoy your weekend,
snappy

Hello, Selah, Ms Lomo, Delaney. Couldn't read much of the small print, but do want you all to know I'm thinking about you and glad to see you. Don't know about the film, or book, but Terror is real enough without watching it....IMO. and in my experience...
Hoping you all have a nice weekend. DD has to work all next week, but is off then.
I got authorization to have the impressions made for the teeth guard. So I see the oral surgeon on the 28th. The cardiologist on the 26th.
Glad to see everyone.
Love to one and all...HEY Issy....all the best to you girl, and Bathina...HI.
