My daughter lives just under half an hour away in the same county and they had snow this morning.  It was sticking to their deck.  At my house it's just a few degrees warmer so we had rain.

They called for sleet this morning in Baltimore, MD but so far all I have is a light rain.  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is all we get!🎅🤶🎄⛄

@catter70 Wonder if we got the fringe of the snow flurry you got. It was snowing at our house earlier but not enough to stick.

Glad we stocked up on bird /animal food. Bought 2 - 40 pound bags of bird seed, 4 cases of suet, 10 pounds of peanut hearts and 10 pounds of sunflower kernels.

Since we are supposed to get snow we figured we would make sure we had plenty of food to fill the bird feeders.

@drizzellla, not sure where you are, but has been changing between snow and rain, now it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Sounds like those birds will be well feed for the coming months. Very kind of you to do.

Southern WV is at 36 degrees with steady, light rain, which is welcomed.  Local fire department responded to an out of control burn yesterday in this neighborhood.

Rain continues Monday with lower temps and possible icing early Tuesday morning, before the system moves out.

A couple of inches here in downtown Chicago.  Hoping that it's the one and only snow "storm" we'll have this winter--LOL!!

Agree with previous poster who questioned those who "love" snow.  Yeah, it looks pretty for a few hours but the reality is not so pretty--slippery sidewalks, dirty mush, difficulty driving.  Don't mind the cold or even wind chills but do HATE snow and ice.

@kaydee50   I agree with you and hope it the only snow storm that we get this season.

my friends in sw Michigan where we moved from, are showing photos of the foot of snow they got in the past 24 hours. And the news outlets up there are reporting pileup accidents on the highways. Man i don't miss that

@catter70 You said you were east central PA. I am in Bucks County. Not really east central but with the heavy clouds and COLD weather, that is why I thought we might be on the fringe.

@haddon9  I'm in Montgomery Co. We had some snow and rain mixed, but a few miles north and west of us had some beautiful snow (melting). It's cold enough to snow, but the upper atmosphere must be warm. I want snow in the worst way!!!

SW suburban Chicago.  We got 5-6" and it's coming down again.

My sister is about an hour north and she got at least a foot so far.

I'm not a fan.  I like spring & summer.  Luckily I work at home.

@Mary Bailey  -  I also work from home.  Not having to deal with the weather and the drive everyday to work is a true blessing.   Not having to get dolled up everyday is nice too.  Smiley Happy
