a Facebook friend said her husband made her brunch today and showed a pic of it. He is a former chef. Wish I could find a cookin' man.

That's nice! My hubby cooks now and then, mostly at holiday time with me being in charge of the side dishes and him the main dish. The one day he does soley cook for me is Mother's day, it's always crepe's and champagne ![]()

My husband is blind and our stovetop is a flat panel induction so NO, he can't cook. Can't even find the burner! But he does order us food delivered by uber eats or grub hub. And he takes me out to eat.

My husband does *all* the cooking at our house! He loves to cook! I am so fortunate to be married to him.
He has a pellet grill and loves to use that thing, along with a charcoal grill.
He's really talented in cooking and could be a chef, I believe.
He even made some keto bread that was very good.
He made a stir-fry for lunch today using cut-up pork tenderloin he'd grilled. It was delicious.

No, never. If I am not around, he will go out to get something, except when we have meat for the grill.
He thinks he is the " grill man" but he is not. He covers the grill grates with foil and cooks the meat in grease. That defeats the purpose of outdoor grilling. I just stay quiet...it is a lost cause after so many years of trying to explain it to himw
He will and does make cakes from a box mix and can make homemade frosting, but that is for himself. I can't eat cake.
He vacuums, dusts, cleans, and does the dishes 95% of the time as well as the yard work and he does all repairs on the cars,w etc. So, he is a keeper.
I like to cook, but hate to do the clean up and the dishes, so it works for us.

Yes he loves to cook. His French toast looks better than that. He makes French Bread that we use for it. LOL!!! We don't like it with syrup poured all over it. We put a little syrup in small custard dish & heat in the microwave so we can dip it.

My husband has always shared in cooking, house keeping, chores, laundry. We both worked and we both worked at home.
For a lot of years I did more of this because he had a heavy travel schedule. Since we have retired, he has done more of the cooking than me, and is a great cook! He is enjoying it and says it's a treat for me!
He probably does more laundry than me, truth be told!
But I always took care of the cars when he was working! LOL!!!

My husband cooks dinner for me every night. He likes to cook. I do most of the baking of cookies, cakes, desserts, etc.
