@ECBG   I have only worn WACOL for years, I might have to shop for another brand....I think I would be between cup sizes...like when I was a kid...a tad chubby and had to wear 1/2 sizes.

@Mom2Dogs If you're between bra sizes, padded and Tee Shirt cups will help you.

@Imaoldhippie , I have large, older bosoms.  Do you think this bra would work for me like it does for you?  I looked it up and the Q is out of the larger sizes at this time.  I need good lift and under arm support for a decent profile in my clothes.  It would be heavenly to get away from underwire bras.  Thanks for your post, SC

@Sweet Caroline 1 ........I also have the larger bust.  I think the bra would work great for you.  Keep an eye out for when the larger sizes come back in.  I think you will really like it.  Its hard to get used to at first.  I tried putting it on over my head and that did not work well.  I wised up and followed directions and step into it and pull up over my hips.  So much better.

Being rather busty myself does the Spanx bra discussed here smash the breasts down into shapeless lumps or is there a flattering profile even though it's Spanx spandex?

@deedledeedeedle .........If you get the correct size, mine does not smash the girls.  The first one I ordered was a size to small and does smash some, the others I ordered a size up and they are ok.  I still wear the smaller one because it still looks good when I wear it and I dont mind being a little smaller.

I have been struggling with bras for a long time now.  I'm just so uncomfortable in them.  I do wear underwire and have been wanting to find something wire free and much more comfortable.  I did purchase the Jockey Bra TSV from QVC but unfortunetely the size I ordered was too small (even though I went by the chart) and I couldn't reorder because they sold out.

Thanks for responding @Imaoldhippie Woman Happy

I'm having a heck of a time converting from underwire to non-wired bras. Now that I'm older I cannot stand to have anything binding my rib cage. I get intense muscle spasms if my underwire bra becomes too confining throughout the day. Yippee, its so fun to age NOT.

I wore underwires for years.  When I retired, I decided I wasn't going to deal with the pokes and pains anymore.  I went to Vanity Fair Beauty Back bras, no underwire.  There are a couple of versions now.  One has a lot more coverage and support under the arm and toward the back.  I haven't tried this one but might when they go on sale.  I wear the traditional beauty back and find it's supportive and comfortable.
