A person that is here cleaning  my windows, my gutters and blew off the roof?   How much if so? The job is about $400 total. He is an employee of the company. Thanks for input

I would not, but I think $20.00 would certainly be appreciated.

Yes I definitely would tip.  The amount really depends on your satisfaction with his work and your ability to pay. If I was satisfied I would tip between $10 and $20. I have found that workers are very appreciative of a cold bottle of water or iced tea as they leave, in addition to or in the absence of, a tip.

I would definitely tip.  $20.00 seems about right.

My late DH and I were/are good tippers. For that size of a job, I'd tip a bottle of cold water and $40. Yeah yeah I know they get paid but I like to show appreciation for this type of thing.

Worker probably makes hourly wages as a laborer. Roof work is physical and working off a ladder is dangerous. If he was neat and careful, he should be tipped, is my opinion. A $20 tip is 5% of a $400 job. I think that makes it an easy decision.
