Just received E-Mail form the Q saying ther was an attempt to deliver today 03-7-2024. We were not at home. EDD is 3-14-2024. Called CS and they keep telling me it is 03-14-2024. We are very confused. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Kind of reminds me of an experience I had with Macys last week, I had a lip gloss ordered Feb 3, expected delivery date of Feb 14, the UPS tracking was saying it was lost. I got on customer service chat, it was obviously overseas, he kept saying the order was fine and on the way, this was Feb 28 when I called, I said when should I worry the order wont come, he said it will come feb 14th! Lol I called and spoke to someone, she even laughed at that!

Or my Dillards order 2 pr pants. One arrived and the other said order cancelled unable to fill. Days later second pr shows up.

Maybe there's a new way of conducting CS  business.  If you say something as being fact, it will make it true, no matter how ridiculous.  Then quickly end the call.

When I called CS, she of course, read from her computer,same as me, and was a wee bit snippy. We called FedX and were told it would be delivered tomorrow. I think it is some elses pkg.

Was delivered today at app: 1:30PM. Came from Blue Ash, Ohio. The Q must have a warehouse there. That is the fastest I have ever gotten a package from the Q.

Hubbs enjoys this wine. I think it is a good buy. I am glad I purchased it. 

I purchased the wine that was a holiday offering and it also was a good buy. I like to cook w/the reds.
