I am retired but it is at every workplace. The women are either insecure or jealous.  Yes, it should be a place where women support each other.  Cat Very Happy

I taught middle school and high school for 25+ years. I worked extremely hard, devoting a great deal of time and money on my students.

 

Yet who was revered by the administration? Certain women who did relatively little but who were magically favored in a special clique.

 

It's hard not to resent that.

 

Mercifully, students made my efforts feel worthwhile.
