That's very true! 

I tend to forget this at times also.  I know this, but while it's happening, I do at times get upset and think -- well, what did I do to cause this?  People who put others down or do and say other derogatory and negative things have problems, complexes, etc, and need to try and make others feel inferior.   Obviously, they are insecure and feel threatened in some way.  Unfortunately, there are a lot of people around like this!!!

Don't forget the old saying, "It takes one, to know one" ... that's how you can consider the source of where that rude comes from. The other one, I always wonder about, is how do they live with themselves daily to be that ugly inside, that it spills outside of them?  Being honest is one thing, being hurtful is another.  Ok, climbing down off my box now.

I am not in complete agreement with that statement.  If a person allows someone to treat them badly and does nothing about it except complain, they are part of the problem.
