I am one of those "always cold" persons.
I keep the a/c on 85° in the summer (May thru Oct). In the winter (yes, it gets down to the 20's here), I use a space heater where I'm sitting.

It's been almost a month since I last turned on my AC. We had monsoon humidity for a couple of weeks but it was fairly cool and no need for AC. The humidity was so bad that I don't think my AC could have kept up with it anyways. My hair was a flat mess...ugh.
It's getting cold at night here now so it won't be long for the furnace to come on soon.

It must be very cold for me to switch to heat. I tend to run hot so when it gets cool, I wear extra layers that can be easily removed. The building where I live tends to be overly warm in winter, so I find myself using A/C during the winter months to counter it.

My AC runs all year with the exception of a few days here and there in January and February.

We don't have central air so we run Mitsubishi ductless A/C units. They keep us cool in summer and warm in winter, one of the best things we ever did! When it get too hot to keep us cool we turn the air conditioner on, when it gets to cold we cab use them to heat instead of running the central units.

Depends on the weather. I normally turn my A/C on and off several times throughout the summer except for this summer, I think it was on continuously.
A little over two weeks ago, we had much much cooler weather and I turned off the air and opened windows. However, several days ago, it warmed back up so I had to shut the windows and turn the
A/C back on.

I'm in Pa. and the weather has been really nice lately, mid 70's to low 80's and no humidity, so I probably haven't had the air on in 3 or 4 weeks. I hope it stays like this for awhile so I need neither cooling or heat.

I live in Northern VA, around here you can run your A/C until Oct or Nov but this year Aug was cooler than normal and Sept hasn't been bad even humidity wise.
Unfortunately my heat pump went out last year so A/C quit in Sept or Oct but heat ran until Feb or Mar; still need to get it replaced as the unit is 20 yrs old and quit because it ran out of freon which is the old kind you can't easily get anymore. Will probably replace heat pump in Nov so it will be available when time to turn on heat.
Luckily my parents live close, so I have been staying at their house for most of this year.

We live in a high rise condo where either the a/c is on or the heat, not both at the same time. A/C is usually switched to heat around October 1. It's been warm here--80s--so no hurry to turn on the heat.
A/C is at 74; heat will be on at 77, more or less.

I'm in Arizona. The a/c goes off usually around Halloween.
