The last few months I hear myself saying "holy moly".  Where in the world I picked up that silly phrase, I don't know, but at least it's better than cursing.

I never cursed at all until late middle age when  I worked with a group of people who did.  I ended up having a foul mouth, and really hated that.  I pick up things easily, then have a hard time breaking the habits.

I'm more of a listener than a talker so don't think I have one. The word that I'm tired of hearing is awesome & the phase is I'm going to scream.

I have found myself using the word "So" a lot while talking.  I have no idea where I picked up that habit.

Hubby drives me crazy - he says "you know what I mean" contantly.
