I think I would have to say that "I wish" is something I say way too often lately.  I need to work on my gratitude and live more mindfully in the moment.

My husband just told me I say "that's weird"  a lot.  After he told me, I realized yes I do !!!!!!

I don't know but I'm sure that I do use words or phrases that I should retire.  Someone on FB called me out for starting sentences with "honestly".  At first I was ticked off but, I thought about and honestly, she was right.
