i did not miss the point at all.

i have been in workplaces where hugging and/or kissing are acceptable, especially if the workplace is a warm, nurturing, second family type of environment. sorry that you missed MY point and observations.

 

i stand by my statement that if you dont like it, then do something about it.....either verbally or using your body language.....or head to your human resources department if there is one.

 

no one has to be forced.....it is easy enough to speak up.
