I think of life on this earth like school.  We experience many different things, both good and bad.  We learn and grow from those experiences and hopefully become wiser/better in the process.

To learn about the world we were brought into and to treat God's creatures, great and small, with kindness and respect. To leave this earth having loved and been loved, and to say that during our time on earth we have helped and served others.

Purpose:  To take care of the poor, refugee, disabled, elderly, mentally ill, veteran, orphan, and all the vulnerable as well as to be a productive member of society.

The purpose of life is NOT to get as much money as you can, cheat, lie, steal, take from the poor and give to the rich, hurt others, or demonize the refugee, poor, and all the vulnerable in society.

      Obviously, I was speaking of LIFE in terms of the human species, actually any species.  We have a biological imperative to live and continue our species.  The question was about LIFE....not our individual lives.
