Run after work or ride peloton bike or do strength training with a peloton class.  It leaves me drained and totally relaxed.

I put on DOGTV and put my feet up.

I love to read, books, magazines, newspapers, all of it is relaxing.  Some TV shows relax me depending on the story line.  Also  talking to my friends is always relaxation because we share lots lof laughter and fun!!!

Other options not mentioned off the top of my head - 

get a massage, take a hot bath, time in a dry sauna

I sit on the porch and watch nature.

I take my little dog out for a walk and just try to enjoy the outdoors and not spend that time thinking about problems.  I also just love to pet and hug him and look into his big brown eyes while he's smothering me with kisses.
