@PreKteacher Awww.  You're too sweet.  As far as cheese goes I like colby jack, Monterey Jack which is white and in most store's home brands and Pub Cheese.  

I had this at a faculty meeting once.  Very good.  I prefer the sharp chedder ( just good, not "sharp").  I don't want horseradish in cheese, it says seafood to me.

Good French cheese - camembert (my fav), comte, brie, gruyere, etc. 

In the summer - homemade ice cream.

This may sound strange, but I don't have a fav because I don't have an appetite to snack.  I am not picky with my food and never skip a meal, but I just have no desire to snack between meals.   So I can't even think of a snack that I like.

Yes! Lays lower sodium chips all the best of thin,  crispy lays chips but with the right amount of salt for me.
