What 3 Things Do You Remember About Your Mother?

It will soon be Mother's Day.

What 3 Things Do You Remember About Your Mother?

I remember that my mother was always a "redhead" -- even when elderly.

I remember that my mother was a skilled flower arranger.

I remember that my mother was energetic.

RIP, Mom.

I hope arranging flowers in the beyond is bringing joy.

1). Her Frost Pink lipstick.

2). She NEVER missed a softball or volleyball game or drill team competition.

3). Her southern sayings that I find myself repeating on a DAILY basis.  She had such a funny sense of humor.

Time is just a drop in the bucket compared to eternity. It isn’t how long you live that matters; it is how well you are prepared to die. ~~Colonel Robert B. Thieme, Jr.

Love this

She was a true Baltimore Hon...beehive hair do and all. Her hair was teased up until the day she died🥰

She loved to dance, especially the Polka and listened and sang to Polish Music all the time...thank you for passing the language along to us

(I know she's partying in heaven)

She was so strong, physically, mentally, emotionally...  love ya mom

She is a great cook, makes a great lasagna.

She is a huge dog lover, as I am too.

She never asks for much, always got by with very little, I like to spoil her.

She hated to cook, so she rarely did.

She found every spelling mistake in anything she read.

She sent cards to family members for every occassion.

@Solar Is My Name

1. She was a nasty woman.

2. She was cold and unfeeling.

3.   She taught me what kind of a mother I did NOT want to be. Thankfully, I learned well and have a loving son.

For my siblings and I it is coming upon the 2nd anniversary of her passing (it will be in June). I know I think of her everyday.

My mother was her children and grandchildren and basically her family's biggest advocate.

She was a very strong willed woman and she taught her children that as well.

To her, family meant the world to her. She and my father had 7 (of which I am the eldest). Though things were not always the easiest she knew that everyone has challenges in life and it is what you make of them that helps you.
