@Mj12 Working in retail, most people have to call in to get their employee discount which isn't often available through the web site.  I doubt you see an employee box on any site with which you shop.


Well that makes sense.  When you said personal reasons for not wanting to go through the website, I guess I was confused.

I don’t think it is just Q. I can’t recall a time when I didn’t have to wait when calling any business or office. ....what seems like forever. With the timer on my iPhone, it’s easy to know how long. I just put it on speaker phone , set it down, and do other stuff until I hear someone answer. The few times I have ordered on the telephone from Q, I have rarely had to wait; I now order only online, so maybe it is longer now for telephone orders.
