I love oatmeal...the good old-fashion kind that you have to cook. No microwave oatmeal for me. If not that, 2 poached eggs and whole wheat toast straight up. In both cases, a strong cup of coffee w/ fat free 1/2 & 1/2 & Splenda...and a  second cup most of the time.

What do you enjoy for breakfast when you wake up?

i love waffles and hash browns.  but i loe all kinds of food

Bagel, whipped cream cheese, couple of slices of thin deli ham.  Coffee with 2 Splenda and half&half.

A slice of sourdough wheat toast topped with mashed avocado, sliced hard boiled egg, and Sriracha sauce.

In a bowl I put mango, blueberries (I buy these frozen in winter then thaw, in summer I use all kinds fruits my favorite peaches) I add oikios triple zero yogurt, sprinkle of granola, maybe a drizzle of honey, 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter. Yum. And always coffee with fat free half and half. 

Sometimes I will have a bowl of Wheat and Bran cereal, but always coffee!

I am an oatmeal and 2 slices of bacon girl...with a cup of good coffee on the side. I treat myself once a week and the remaining days of the week I do granola and yogurt

Biscuits and gravy is my favorite with hash browns and a side of bacon and I don't live anywhere near the south.

A pot of tea and toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Cinnamon Raisin Sprouted Whole Grain Bread with peanut butter.

But cold pizza is good, too.

Cheerios (the original kind) with raspberries and blueberries, a "chaser" of pretzel sticks and 3 mini biscottis, with one cup of black coffee.  Oh, and I start with a glass of OJ.

on weekdays, it’s always chocolate cereal with coconut milk. on weekends, it’s whole wheat english muffins with poached eggs and turkey bacon. and a large mug of starbucks coffee. mmmm😋
