I had a pint of oysters. So I whipped up some oyster stew.

@Shanus  had no idea what I was going to have for lunch, read your post and had to go boil eggs and make a egg salad sandwich. Put lettuce, tomatoes and red peppers on it. I have never fixed it that way. Really good. Thank you for lunch 😊

If I ate what I would really enjoy, I'd weigh a ton more than I do now, so I usually have a salad or an apple.

@Leggett28   Glad you liked my "go to" sandwich. I get my protein, fiber (wheat bread) & salad on the sandwich.
