how wonderful. keep going.
i was close to 200 pounds a few years ago. I was weighed in at doctor office. that was it. I began a walking regime.
I walk 1 mile a day 2x's a day winter and 3x's a day summer. Am down to 160 pounds now.
when you reach that point of feeling awful. you react by learning how to eat properly. excerising.
Keep up the great work.
