FB is okay to use as long as you use common sense. I use it but I DON'T use my "real" name, my "real" birthdate, my "real" location/address, or anything like that.......I don't put photos of myself on there or my family.....I don't blab personal info on FB.

The best thing to do is NOT play any of the games on FB because they're all data mining.

I don't use any "apps" or anything that asks for permission to access my "personal information.".........

It's really inappropriate to spread misinformation and scare people here who are already scared of the big bad boogieman FB which isn't true. Maybe they should stay of the internet all together then. Tsk tsk.

I swear some people are on these forums to do nothing but cause trouble. It is really sad. Life is short and there is better things to do with time!

I agree. But you seem to be one of the biggest to cause trouble and to be mean. Check the LR threads and many others where you chastise people to no end. Tell your son I said hi.

Bottom line is that it is a hoax that recycles because uninformed people keep circulating it. We will see it again next year no doubt. Just so you know there is also a hoax that the Pope endorsed one of the Presidential candidates, didn't happen.

@proudlyfromNJ You know what? I am not the only one that posts on the LR threads. I am sure my son could care less if you say hi. He don't even know I post on here. I am done , I will respond to no more comments on this thread. I will never start a thread again. I lost my husband in March, and I have a brother dying. I do not need to be stressed out on here.
