No special plans...it's just another day in our home.  I always cook a big dinner with dessert on Sunday, unless we are away.  We will probably have some sort of seafood.

Since my children were born we have celebrated Valentine's Day as a family.  To show my family how much I love them, I always make a steak dinner with a chocolate type dessert.

Valentine's Day is our 2nd Covid Vaccine in the PM. Then chocolate and take out food as we prepare for a day or 2 of not feeling well. Chicken soup and prepared food at the ready.

Sounds like a nice day, @Shanus. Chinese sounds good.

We don't have plans. Our favorite restuarant (they put in a drive thru due to covid and we call ahead) is closed on Sundays. I'm not sure what I will fix, we got pizza last weekend and it wasn't too great.

I will probably cook something and thinking about making a blackberry cobbler. I have some frozen berries. Or I might make something chocolate, a cobbler is just sounding good now and its been a while since I've made one.

Last year some local restaurants made these.

We're obviously outliers because neither of us care about Valentine's Day. But lucky for me, my husband, IMO, is a better chef than we would find in good restaurants. He is the chef around her, so I'm spoiled every night. :-)

Also, even if we were so inclined, restaurants here are only open for outdoor dining - that doesn't appeal to us even if we thought it was 100 percent safe.

We are being as careful as possible until three weeks after we are scheduled for our second shot. We are not, btw, in any was stressed out, so no worries about our mental health -- well, at least not about this. :-)

Everyone enjoy whatever plans or no plans you have!

@DiAnne I haven't eaten in a restaurant in over a year due to COVID.  It's just the dog and me so I will have a frozen

dinner again.
There will be snow and then ice on top so it's better to stay inside.

Good advice... They're extra busy and both the food and the service can be dicey...

It's going to rain all the way into the next week so we decided to paint the inside of a closet this weekend.
