I'd love to hear how it's going for you.
I am doing that now, it makes the most sense for me and I can do this.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for almost a year.
I lost 30 pounds but then I returned to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and have gained 5 back.
I felt a lot better with fasting. My digestive system in particular was very very happy. I have a 'pokey' gallbladder
and another issue going on and fasting has helped enormously.
What hours are you in fasting mode ? I need to get serious - I will start today and try to check back and see how you are doing if you want.

I've done it for two years now. It's made a huge impact on my body and health in just a few months then. Have my annual physical in about three weeks and I am anxious to see how it's held up.

I've been eating one super nutritious meal, usually between 5-7 pm, since April of 2013.
I've lost 100 pounds and never gained more than a couple pounds back, and they usually go away as soon as I go back to a slightly more restrained eating plan.
My bloodwork is typically all normal, tested over the normal range for potassium this last time, so I will be retested in a few weeks.
"IF" is definitely one of several strategies that has helped me be much healthier and more comfortable that when I was carrying 100 extra pounds.

I've always eaten this way and at 67 I still weigh the same thing I weighed in high school, 105-110 lbs. at 5'3".

I've been doing low-carb IF since March 2019, trying to keep my one meal between 1400-1800 calories. My twice a year "cheat-days" are by birthday and Thanksgiving day.
I feel so much better eating this way and I do not think about food all day like I used to. I've lost about 80 pounds and am now maintaining my current weight of 160 lbs on a 5' 9" frame.

I have 3 books coming today so I can learn and if the thread keeps going for awhile, let us know how it's going for you.

Thank you for responding. I had gone back to see if the subject was ever discussed. I got to a point the other day, and the lightbulb moment happened.
I said this to myself, so frustrated and asking my self how long do I keep jumping from this way to diet to that way, and just totally giving up the whole thing.,
This is what I wrote: If you hate dieting, stop eating in such a way that requires it!!
My Hello moment. This is what I decided to do. For all the positives you can get from this and no more tracking or eating certain foods, or not eating certain foods, I just had it. But I want to be healthy.
Well, I lost 1.8 yesterday, and it was not hard to do, since I knew I'd be eating dinner.
Today, when the books come I'll learn. But thanks again for the responses. This will help my grocery bill too. LOL

@qualitygal I lost a bunch of weight within a month just be eliminating sugar and simple carbs a few years ago. I did that before IF which I found out about once I did the 23and Me health tests and saw what came back. That is also life changing.
If you find any good books, please let me know. I just read Plant Paradox, End of Alzheimer's the new one just released and Genius Life. I love learning about nutrition and recent science seems to really promote high non dairy protein, good fats, and IF.

Still doing it. Going on 50 years. It is just me, I think I am an early bird and I just shut down late in the day. Weight is where is always was.
