@SandySparkles    Sandy, this is such a beautiful post and expresses the feelings of so many on the forums that are hoping ECGB recovers from her health problems. I only wish you had started a new thread since we have learned that she is in the hospital. I'm sure many forum friends are looking for updates as she is a favorite here. Maybe start a new thread? I too, am glad that ECGB is where she needs to be and getting the care she needs.

The er can't do anything but check vitals and give shots or x rays.  I need none of that.

WRONG. The ER does a lot MORE than what you posted. SMH.

@ECBG You can be admitted as an inpatient from the ER.  They will evaluate you, run tests and if you need care or treatment, it will be provided.

I don't understand why you are fighting this.  You need to take this seriously.

Been admitted to the hospital through the ER 3 times. The OP is so misinformed about this I hope it does not cost her life. She went from a vital working woman to someone want to be in rehab in a very short time period. I think there is something missing in the story

@I am still oxox   From the information on another thread, it appears the OP is in the hospital getting the care she needs.

If she spends three days there and requires rehab services like physical therapy and nursing care, she can go to an inpatient rehab center when she is discharged.

I, and I am sure most of the worried posters feel better now.  Even though we actually don't know one another, we formed a sisterhood on this forum and care about each other.

I hope she will soon post again and be feeling much better.

Re: Update ECBG

[ Edited ]

The  ER saves lives immediately and when one needs surgery the ambulance transfers STAT to the nearby hospital.

This is so nuts already.  I already had morphine in an ambulance because they knew where I described the pain and had a good feeling of what happened.  In CT scan within minutes and onto hospital after quick ER.  They know what they are doing.  Cut me a break already here.

If you have a little cough cough, sore throat go to the nearby Urgent care or a little pee pee  urinary problem  please go the to Urgent care and don't bother hospitals. They are fulll up enough

as it is with real sickness and people who are dying.

@SportyShorty07 @NYCLatinaMe  -  Did you see the Calling Shanus thread?  She just posted that she's in the hospital now - which is great that she's getting the care she needs.

Hope she gives an update.  Been thinking about her.

She has been thru so much the last year.

@ECBG, You've been in my prayers.  Looking forward to having you here posting happily again.
Rest up & get well soon.🤗
