No one else has a problem ringing or knocking... It was the seller who requested a signature upon delivery to me and the seller insured it too. I did not know this as I said, my first package from her I did not sign for, but I got it. It was left out on my front table. I loved it so much that I ordered more and that next package did not arrive. That is how I began to communicate with the seller as to what's going on here.....and she had it all documented. Thank goodness.
I'll wait for the United States Postal Fraud Dept. to get back to me.......they have everything.
I got a ring today and thought it might be my mail person to meet me, as I'd asked......no. Was my neighbor.
I'm very glad Fed Ex had me sign for my computer delivery....that was on the 16th of Feb. Fed Ex I like a lot and they seem professional to me.
I'll keep u updated.

@PINKdogWOOD@cbriteOnly thing I've ever signed for were cases of wine for holiday events! Don't order them any more, so haven't had to sign anything in years.

@cbrite That's really weird. Most of the email was apologetic, but the part I highlighted in red sounds like they are saying they didn't do anything wrong.
What???

The part you highlighted looks as if they just copied that phrase from the part of the document that your letter was about and then they inserted it into their "canned apology" response.
That's my best guess as to how bureaucratric agencies operate.

@mistriTsquirrel and @GingerPeach
I thought the same thing as both of you. I replied to the email with my real signature back. I doubt it makes any difference. I'm just sick over it. He still never came to my door either. I doubt he can describe how I look. Thanks for your replies.
. . . . . .
Nice to see both of you!!! 🦋 🦋

Have you gone IN to the post office and talked to the postmaster general?? Enough of emailing them, talk to someone directly.
‎04-05-2018 07:10 AM
It sounds like a canned response.

All they did was look at the tracking # you sent them and send you a form letter response. You need to go INTO the post office and talk with someone. That's the only way you'll possibly resolve this problem. I don't think the mailman will ever come to the door just because you leave a note in your mailbox asking him to.
