Trying to place an order

Last night I tried to place an order for the Liverpool jacket in Biscuit Tan in an XL. It said it was on waitlist, tried to use my 15 off 50 code. It kept changing my easy pay request to one time payment. Would not let me use my code. I tried numerous times to place the order. I never could complete the order. Now I just looked and now it's suddenly back, not on waitlist, but at the much higher price! No wonder their sales are down!

Just call CS or email the mods...they can help you complete your order.

@crimsontidefan @Call Customer Service, they will put your code in for you. I had to do this my codes. As far as waitlists go, QVC keeps saying, "it's the only order of the year."

If you replay the products video, the host will probably mention if it the only order. If so, don't bother waitlisting. You can check back to see if there are returns for the item or if some people cancelled their order after the first time you looked.
