Too much snow...can't wait for spring

We, in PA, were expecting 3 to 5 inches of snow today, but we already have way more than that, about 8 inches, and it's still coming down like crazy.

I hope it stops soon. Tomorrow is supposed to be only 4 degrees. That's cold.

Bring on the warm weather!

Agree, here in MD, we have had more snow here in last few weeks than in last few years put together, frigid temps will bring on lots of ice.

@Carmie Ugh....it is cold in my area and really cold this coming week but we don not have snow....I agree bring on spring!!

I thought we were expecting 3 - 5 here in Philly too, but we only have a dusting so far. Seems our meteorologists have blown things way out of proportion, as per usual.

Here in Mo we got 9 to 12" a couple of weeks ago and it's still on the ground with huge piles everywhere from the street depts plowing the roads. The temps have dropped now and I believe it got up to about 18 today. It was about 7 dgrs when I left for church this morning for the 9 am service and it's suppose to be a big fat zero or below tomorrow morning. It's only January !!!

@40 days til March 1...it's not "spring" per se....but it SOUNDS so much better than November or January!!! And we've had snow here since November...ENOUGH!! Be GONE!!!

Gonna be very cold here this week in NW PA....so I plan to be reading seed catalogs and planning my veggie garden for spring planting...I can't wait!!!

At least this cold may kill all the bugs that have had it easy the last few years....but it's so hard on the other creatures that have to live outside...

On a happy note...it's staying lighter longer!!

Why is it spring and summer go by SO fast and the cold days of winter drag on and on??!?!?!?
