Many places around me just give the excess to the homeless.  Most don't have the time or money to be checking app for food.

I tried it last year and not once did it show any items available within 10 miles of where I live.  Just not worth driving that far for a bit of savings.

@Carmie  thank you very much for recommending this app! I just downloaded it and I'm definitely going to try it next week.  This is a really great way to try new restaurants at an affordable price.  I make all of my own meals and I only eat out at casual restaurants  maybe 2 times a year. This would be a great way to get an affordable meal or treats without spending too much money and it helps prevent food waste! This will help a lot of people enjoy food within their budgets.

@Carmie  I used the To Good To Go app yesterday for the first time and got $14 worth of pastries from Pete's coffee for $3.99 Smiley Very Happy.  Pete's coffee makes delicious artisan pastries off site at a bakery.  They gave me a morning glory muffin, morning bun, iced lemon loaf and an all butter croissant.  I wrapped each one in cling wrap to keep them fresh and my family and I will enjoy these.   Thank you very much for recommending this app Smiley Happy

@SportyShorty07   Wow, that was quite a bargain.  I am happy it worked out for you.

I hope this app takes off in more places with many types of businesses.

@Carmie  Thank you, Carmie Smiley Very HappyHeart!  I couldn't believe the bargain I got on those pastries- and they're going to stay super fresh wrapped in cling wrap in my Lock and Lock tupperware. I had the morning bun today and it was delicious! I love a good bargain, and these days I do anything I can to get good deals and stretch dollars on beauty products and groceries. This app will really take off with the great deals that it has to offer Smiley Happy
