Re: Those of you in your 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond....

House Cat  I don't know where you live, but I joined my local YMCA.  They have a lot of exercise classes for 50 and up. I take the gentle yoga twice a week, love it ! My monthly charge (senior) is only $47.00. They have all the machines, treadmill etc. They're open 7 days a week so you can go anytime. Classes are schedueled of course.  They offer special classes for balance and walking. Its great.   Felinemom

Do not sit in a chair and rot away.

Look around and see the gratitude surrounding you.

Don't question your yesterdays but plan your todays.

There are individuals out there who seek fellowship and fellowship is a sharing moment we are all in need of it. Seek it out.

You have moments left so make the most of the present.

Don't hesitate to be silly, you have been an adult so now enjoy playing in the sandbox again.

Embrace yourself, be gentle to yourself, and know whether limited or not, you can do things. Doing things for yourself is the most unselfish thing you can do.

Cheers to your new beginning and enjoy being you.
