Probably someone chose the wrong language in a drop down menu at the imaging center.

Years ago, when I needed an x-ray late in the evening, it was read by a radiologist in Australia. Not uncommon, but at least it was in English.

My best friend is chief of radiology, about 10 years ago almost all non-emergency x-rays are contracted to be sent overseas.
They are MUCH cheaper and offer round-the-clock readings. This maximizes profits for the insurance and healthcare industry. Most government vs private insurances insist on over-sea techs reading the images. The software translates the readings into every and all languages.
Many docs here in the USA avoid reading mammograms because the lawsuit rate is so high in this country.
