speaking of coffee.... my mom made me a coffee flavored cake for my b-day. It was amazing!😁 the recipe called for 1 cup of water, so she brewed some strong decaf coffee and used that instead of plain water.  Then she used coffee flavoring in the frosting. Mmmmmm....😋
