Egyptian hand blown glass Christmas ornaments:

We had a successful shopping trip today. We got our oldest godchild an ornament in red (she collects teapots) and our youngest godchild a beautiful elephant ornament. (I could not find a picture on the Internet.) We've given each girl a Christmas ornament since they were babies, so as adults they now have quite a collection.

Alfie and I took a long walk this afternoon around the retirement complex. He loved meeting and greeting everyone who passed, especially when they made a fuss over him. Such a little ham!

After we moved we were given a listing of all the residents in the complex. At last count there were between 165 and 170 residents in total.

Our pastor visited yesterday and gave a blessing of our new home. She had a beautiful prayer for new beginnings and God's blessings for us in the future. It was very touching.

hello all

what a night we had.

dh picked up grandson from day care then we went out to friendly’s for dinner. Grandson ate like a real trooper and then some. Then we went to super g grocery store for the remainder of the items on week list. Had to hit a couple stores all within a couple blocks of each other, then home. Grandson was not feeling well by time we got home. He had a pretty good cough going, mom forgot to give him his allergy meds this morn. We had some here at the house. He is bathed, hair washed, chest vicked up,in his footie jammies, was given some kids ibuforin he is doing much better.

he is under his blanket, has his pillow, he is warm and comfortable and doing so much better.

well guys that is all for now, will see all in the morn.
