Glad to hear your not overstocking.com anymore @ just bee. That fire of yours actually changed your life. Now things are easier for you in some ways. Letting go sometimes is a good thing.
Watched Braveheart again at my mothers house and thought of you.
Being back at my own home was kind of strange for me.
After only five months you would think I could find a pan but oh no, things had been changed...
I am getting used to it again.
Anyway, everybody have a good weekend.
Brisk out...

@Brisky

I always have to remind myself that one day I will lose everything anyway.  I have less to worry about, less to maintain, less to organize.

Most of the things I lost weren't used.  They were just... there.

Ooh.  I wish Braveheart was on right now...

I know what you mean about being lost in your home.  I used to know where everything was and then... we were in a hotel room.  From there we went to a rental.  Now we're back in the house and I have to think about where things are.  Most days I open cabinets and they're not the right ones.

I have to learn where things are... again.

Hi!

Sorting the linen closet is on my list for next week. 🤣 All I remember of my mom’s linen closet is that it was stuffed to overflowing with Avon and impossible to find hat you needed.

I’m not ready to tackle the kitchen yet. 🤨 Maybe I’ll brave one of the bedroom closets instead. 🧐

I hope @rnmom is ok. 💕

I hope everyone has a good weekend. Football here again. 🤓

This one, too.  Although this looks more like a fly than a bee to me.  And the feelers coming out of the cat's head are a little creepy.

Now that I think about it, maybe it's not so cute after all. 🤣

Funny you should mention the bedroom closet.  I was just channelsurfing and noticed that there is nothing worth watching.

How can that be, considering how much I pay for cable and how many channels I get?

Then I realized I sound like all the women who stand in their closets, looking at all the clothes that are shoved into one space, with piles on the shelves and floor, and say they have nothing to wear.

It's because they have the wrong clothes.  Similarly, I have the wrong channels.

Someday a company will allow the consumer to choose the channels they pay for.

Nah, that will never happen.

For real! I know I am strange!! Geezerette knows this. Right? Yep she knows...
Stock up...

@Brisky

I know nothing of the sort.  I don't think anyone here is strange.  (Well, maybe me.)  We are all unique individuals.

Now that is strange, since I was always under the impression that all the worker bees in a hive were virtually the same.
