I hear ya. Not about biscotti, though.
But I've discovered I have to keep something that's not exactly health food or I end up going off the deep end and buying three weeks of junk food. (Ok, that might be a slight exaggeration.😉).

This is pretty much all I have in the house when I want that "something." It's the crunch.
I can justify it, too.
It's not chips. Not ice cream. It has almonds and nuts are "healthy."
But two biscotti are 170 calories. And two is just getting started. ![]()
