You have to have plaid slippers.

My 2nd daughter is pregnant again and in a bad marriage. Sometimes I wish I had met her at birth instead of twelve years old. 😕 She just isn't happy...

I am keeping busy to keep my mind off of anything else for now...

Well, at least two outta three of the kids are happy.  Sometimes all you can do is stand back and what until they come to their senses on their own, if they ever do.  "You can lead a horse to water"...and all that.  But making more babies when you're already not happy isn't going to help the situation any, that's for sure.🤷‍♀️

At least that's one thing you do have control over with Kep and Mari!😂

We need to come up with a moniker for the two of them, like "Ben-nifer".  "Kep-igold"?😆  Nah.  "Mar-pler"?  No, that's worse.  I'm not very creative. "The Awesome Twosome"?

Oooh!  I like those!😍  Fancy.  They look very holiday-ish.

My trouble is I love all the fall and winter stuff--clothes, throws, almost anything warm and fuzzy.  But I haven't lived in a place that actually has much of a winter season for over 45 years.  So I end up with more stuff than is practical. 🤷‍♀️

Here is my new pair:

I already had the solid red and actually wore them out:
