Hey, all you HEPcats and HEPdogs!  We had discussed making the Healthy Eating thread a monthly jam session, so I just went ahead and did a little improvisation.

This is an invite to our crazy crib where you can come and break it down! I say we go 18 karat on this and really swing.  If healthy eating’s not your bag, no problem.  But if it is, I dig.

Okay, October isn't starting off in a way I want it to, but I'm just going to deal with it.

It did come fast, kind of in like a lion.  Hope it goes out like a lion, too.  

It is verrrry breezy here, wouldn't say windy.  Rain hasn't been steady, yet.  I imagine it's going to be raining hard when we get up. 

Vehicles are packed.  Major road trip in the a.m.  Still have to load two big coolers with frozen meat.  Enough for 2 weeks.  Had a ton of meat in large freezer in garage. 

Ran out and got some last minute items that will be needed.  Too busy to sit and think about all this.  

Cats will be cool till Tuesday evening.  I'll be back here by then.  Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.  Easier said than done......

My sweet kitty is passed on. She was starting to suffer.
I’m a broken mess.
She kept kissing the vet and the tech while they were taking care of her. 😭

Oh no.  I was afraid this might be what was going on.

I'm so sorry.  She sounds like she was a wonderful girl.  I know that you know she isn't suffering any longer, but it still hurts so much.
