One picks on the other when he's sleeping.  Then they start to wrestle and squabble.  I've begun to sound like my mother used to with us kids, "If I have to get Carla after you two, you'll both be crying!"

Not much going on this afternoon, as you can tell.😂

How's Good Dog Carla doing these days?

@just bee

You mean aside from chasing cats?

Okay.  She perked up with the cooler weather, but you can tell she's starting to slow down in general.  Not interested in chasing her most favorite toy anymore, the red rubber ball.  She's not much interested in any toys anymore.  Just treats and food.

In fact, they all think I'm starving them and are constantly begging for more food.

How about WGD?  How's he been handling your change in routine?

Is there a pet out there who thinks he's getting enough food and/or treats?  WGD just knows when he's out in public what humans are carrying treats.  He immediately sits at their feet and his eyes say, "These people you see here never feed me."

His routine hasn't changed much.  BH still takes him out and about -- I'm just not going out with them.  I know I need more activity but I just can't muster the energy.

He's not up with the birds anymore.  I wake up and he doesn't care.  This morning he wandered into the great room at about 7:40.

He sleeps more.  He hears less.  Although I had a WW2 documentary on the other night and as soon as the Germans' leader opened his mouth, WGD got up and left the room.

He seems to hear some things.

@just bee I'm sorry to read you had a rough patch recently 😕. I find Pedialyte absolutely disgustingly salty; however, Pedialyte popsicles are absolutely delicious! I order them from Amazon and keep a few in the freezer at a time.
