Im so sorry you had cancer. I really didn't know.😔❤️
It sounds as though you're doing better now. I sure hope so. Being done with treatment, it sounds as though you're getting back to yourself though, teeth grinding and all.
Im glad you have a device that finally works for you.
Im a tooth grinder too. I went through all the different types of mouth guards just like you described. Unfortunately, I never found a dentist that set me in the right path with one that actually works.
Growing up out in the country, our water was bad for many years. I've been told by a dentist that this is what's caused some of my problems. I always had a tendency for cavities, even now.
@cheriere
Last year I was diagnosed with a large rectal tumor. Went through chemo and chemoradiation.
They can't seem to detect the tumor now, but there's a chance of it returning -- either there or somewhere else.
The plan is to keep going in to be scanned for the next couple years.
The whole experience was... an adventure.
My theory on teeth is this: One is either born with good teeth or good gums.
Even if you have good teeth, it doesn't mean anything if you don't have the gums.
~My philosophy: Dogs are God's most perfect creatures. Angels, here on Earth, who teach us to be better human beings.~
