2.Crows have been around my house all winter long. not one or two, I am saying a murder of crows (sizeable amount of crows). they have been hanging out around the housing development all winter. still here. NO robins as of yet for us.

3.basements, I wish we had a basement with our house with a mobile home no dice for basement. we had a basement in my family house growing up. out of all the duty stations we only had 1 house with a basement,that was philly it was a 3 story town house.

not much here today. have had rain off and on since overnight, main front won't be in till later this evening. we could get a thunderstorm with the intense cold front moving in.

did get my walk in this morn. not much else later guys

I'd leave off the honey, but otherwise that's my choice!

Well toasted bread, too.  A light toasting will not do.  It must be crunchy and almost burned.

Butter or pb but not both, lightly toasted. homemade Kamut sourdough, butter or pb with Bonne Maman Four Fruits jam.

I have so much less inflammation in joints making my own bread, and using “ancient grain” vs store bought bread. It’s significant. It’s enough of a difference for me that I recommend to anyone with arthritis-type symptoms or GI to drop flour and see what happens.

And….. I just looked down and discovered I’m wearing 2 different socks. 🥴

Weather still cool this week. Rain this weekend. 🌧️
