@MeriH, exactly. I never thought about it that way.  I have hanging on to my hat because winter hasn’t really set in yet here. But if yesterday was any indication, I may be in trouble. No matter what I ate, I was hungry an hour later and I was not eating light.  I am hoping that was just a fluke.
