Yup.  That's how it works.  Feeling good one day, get slapped down the next.

Bad day kitty

@just bee

Oh, I feel okay physically, it's just other stuff going on.

What's really maddening is it's someone else's problems inconveniencing me.  Just an inconvenience, not a disaster, but it still irks me.

Re: The Bee Hive -- August 2024 Edition

Furniture/furnishings are starting to roll in (delivered) for the addition already.  I know my husband is going to think it's too much too soon...

I still haven't gotten my dresser for my bedroom which was finished in April.  It's *on the water* per my furniture lady.  (I asked last week.)  Thus I haven't hung any artwork in our room, till everything is placed.

We still haven't used our beautiful new shower!

All systems *Go* for your surgery @viva923 ?  I hope everything is in order.

We've had several downpours today, but just cloudy, breezy/windy here.  The storm will pass us to the west, which is kind of unusual.  I'm thinking the same for you?

hello all

the video appt went well-i have never had a video call before, the new i pad really was great-excellent quality picture and sound.

what i did find out is :my doxycycline I AM NOT suppose to take with an milk products-NO ONE EVER told me about this over all the years I have taken it for any infections I have had-i am to take pill 1 hour before dinner with a whole bottle of water so now I can't take with my cereal in the morn either.

Deb has arrived-rain is flooding now-under flood warnings. tomorrow is my blood work for surg at 1045am.

Re: The Bee Hive -- August 2024 Edition

I know what i forgot,

Dr. Alyssa the infectious disease doctor asked me if anyone discussed what was going to happen at surg. I told her really NO not yet. have a feeling on 20 august is when i see a doctor about surg -Dr. Alyssa made a mention about doctors removing all the hardware in my toe/foot so have a feeling that is what will happen along with removal of the original surg i had way back in the early 2000's. my foot was fused in the area of my big toe but it is not in the big toe-it is below it.that area was all fused. so removal of all the hardware i have a feeling is on the table to remove everything. i may be wrong on this but just the way dr. alyssa was talking have a feeling it is. will see as the saying goes

Re: The Bee Hive -- August 2024 Edition

And this is why I don't watch sports.

I about had a heart attack watching the USA men's basketball vs. Serbia game.  In fact, I almost turned it off because I just knew they were going to lose.

But that second half.😮‍💨  I can see now why some of the big boys of the NBA get the accolades they do.  Man did they pull it out of the fire.

The Serbian team was absolutely fantastic and never quit.  Kudos to them.

Gold medal match Saturday:  USA vs France.  Now that is going to be a loud one!  Not sure I'll watch.  I'm not sure my heart will take it.
