We already have a Bird’s Nest and a Back Fence here, so we thought the addition of a beehive would be appropriate.  To maintain the current two-word format, we chose The Bee Hive.

It’s a place where all are invited to chat about almost anything.

Hey, all you HEPcats and HEPdogs!  We had discussed making the Healthy Eating thread a monthly jam session, so I just went ahead and did a little improvisation.

This is an invite to our crazy crib where you can come and break it down! I say we go 18 karat on this and really swing.  If healthy eating’s not your bag, no problem.  But if it is, I dig.

Makes me wonder if there's some sort of European beehive tour.  Some very fancy designs...

I move to my moms soon. This summer has flown by for me. Remember when we were children and time seemed to drag along. Time seems to move quicker once your older.
My friends in TN have thriving bee hives. 🐝 His bee's are thriving there. I am pretty sure they aren't as grand as the hives you picture.
You are right about Morgan Freeman, he is definitely taking the care of bees on a large scale.🙂 He must bee a good guy!🙂 I looked him up after bee told us his story.
He belongs in the Hive for sure....
Got to do laundry and get out of here today.

Just watched Aerial Greece on the Smithsonian Channel where they showed and talked about one of the islands where everyone raises bees.  One guy had 450 hives and even the priests cultivate them.  That might make a nice trip.

It's smart to be out of your home while work is being done.  Years ago, when I worked in corporate training, a couple instructors the company brought in were having extensive renovations done in their home.  Married couple.  The husband didn't have access to the kitchen so he was living on fast food.  Mostly chicken teriyaki bowls.

Must have affected his mind because he committed a rather serious crime in the area.  We thought it was ironic because he specialized in conflict resolution.
